Marmalade Scented Soap

This soap provides a zesty, tangy aroma of bitter oranges, mandaines and limes with the glistening chunks of citrus peel and the sparle of a hint of ginger.

tbsp = tablespoon
tsp = teaspoon

1 tsp or 5ml lime essential oil

2 tbsp or 30 ml grated citrus peel

Get Celestial and pour into this mold.

Here is some information on the ingredients used in Orange and Lemon Scented Soap and Marmalade Soap.

Base Oils

Sweet Almond Oil:
This is a wonderful moisturising oil suitable for all skin types. It is suitable for use in soaps providing a getle soap which has a good, mild lather. It can be used as one of the main ingredients in the soap but when mixed with olive oil, coconut oil or palm oil the soap becomes a very luxurious bar.

Yellow Palm Oil:
This oil is high in fatty acis and a rich source of beta-carotene and so produces a bright yellow colour soap when used in soaps.The soap becomes quite hard and it does not dissolve easily in water.

You can get white palm oil which works the same as yellow plam oil but without the colour.

Essential Oils

Citrus Essential Oils are extracted from cold expression from the peel of the fruit.

Lemon:

This has a light, fresh citrus scent and the effect you get is refreshing,stimulating,uplifting,motivating.

This has a dry floral scent and the effect you get is refreshing and relaxing.

Mandarin:

This has an intensely sweet, almost floral like scent and is the lightest and most delicate of all the citrus oils.

Lime:

Ginger:

This is extracted from the dried,ground roots and has a warm, woody, spicy scent.

Botanicals

This refers to the herbs, spices and flowers youadd to your recipes to create texture, colour and enhance the scent.

This is where you are given a grid of small squares with numbers at the end of each column and row. The aim of this puzzle is to form a picture by colouring in squares. Your clues are the numbers. If you have numbers 2 and 6 then you will know that in that row or column there will be a set of 2 coloured squares next to each other and a set of 6 coloured squares next to each other. each block or coloured squares has to be separated by at least one white square.

Have a go at the given example.

Batttleships:

This is the paper version of the game of battleships where you have to find your oppents battleships and sink them by asking them coordinates. In the paper version you are given a grid of little squares with i number at the ends of the rows and columns and a table of segmented battleships to find. The numbers tell you how many squares in that row or column are parts of battleships. On the grid you will find a segment of battleships from a few ships. You need to fill in all the segments of all the battleships by deuction from the numbers . No two battleships are adjacent to each other vertically, horizontally and diagonally. And if there is a zero at an end of a row or column then you can cross all those squares out. remember to cross off the battleship from the table once you have sunk it.
